Storing information about your document in the Data inspector

The Document Data inspector has fields for lots of information about your document, in case you care to keep track of such things: the available fields are Copyright, Version, Subject, Description, Comments, Authors, Organizations, Languages, Keywords, and Projects. All of this data is made available to Mac OS X's Spotlight searching feature, to help you find the diagram you're looking for.
